Evidence before marketing claims

A dealership result deserves context.

Our case-study standard separates the baseline, intervention, implementation, outcome, retention, and limitations so a result is useful without becoming a promise.

Current library status

We will not invent dealer stories to fill a page.

No quantified Powersports Finance Training case study is published here until the dealership authorizes its use and the underlying definitions, comparison period, material changes, and limitations can be documented. Anonymous claims without a reviewable method are not treated as evidence.

Until qualified cases are available, this center publishes the exact framework future case studies must follow and links to relevant first-party Elite FI field material without relabeling it as independent research.

01

Baseline

Use consistent historical periods and disclose volume, mix, staffing, products, pricing, seasonality, and accounting changes.

02

Intervention

Name what changed: training topic, coaching cadence, workflow, product, staffing, tool, pricing, or leadership action.

03

Implementation

Show whether the intended behavior actually occurred through observations, menu records, file review, practice, or another defined measure.

04

Outcome

Report relevant PVR, penetration, cancellations, chargebacks, funding, errors, customer experience, and manager variation with definitions.

05

Retention

Revisit results after enough time for the behavior, cancellations, and claims to develop. Early lift and retained lift are different.

06

Limitations

State what cannot be separated, what data is missing, and why the result may not transfer to another dealership.

Case-study evidence review

Do you have a result worth documenting?

Start with the availability of evidence and permission—not a marketing headline. Do not enter customer personal information.

A transparent handoff

What happens after you submit?

Your result, download, or confirmation appears immediately. The website does not make you wait for the CRM.

  1. 01
    You keep the value.

The score, calculation, playbook, or confirmation remains available even if the background handoff is delayed.

  2. 02
    The context enters Elite OS.

Your dealership details, selected answers, and attribution are sent securely to the Elite FI Partners lead queue.

  3. 03
    A person reviews it.

An Elite FI team member sees the operating context before reaching out. The system does not create a dealership account or make an automated recommendation.

  4. 04
The next step fits the request.

The follow-up can focus on training, coaching, process, measurement, or profit-sharing—without forcing every dealership into the same path.

Marketing consent is optional.

Leaving the checkbox unticked does not block your result or requested human response. It means you are not subscribed to marketing email.
